Stuffed zucchini flowers with Västerbotten cheese® and herbs

Treat your guests to these nice and tasty zucchini flowers. They are guaranteed to be a success!

Ingredients

150 g


1.5 dl ricotta
1 pot of pot parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp chili flakes
Finely grated peel of 0.5 lemon
Salt and black pepper

8–12 zucchini flowers
1.5 dl sunflower oil, for frying
Västerbottensost®, finely grated

HOW TO DO IT

Stuffed zucchini flowers with Västerbotten cheese® and herbs

Mix the ingredients for the filling.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Carefully open the zucchini flowers and put about 1.5 tablespoons of filling in each flower.
Squeeze the flower opening together so the filling does not leak out.
Pour the oil into a spacious frying pan and heat to 160.°
Put down a few flowers at a time and fry / deep fry them about 3 minutes per side.
Let the flowers drain on paper towels and place on a platter.
Grate over Västerbottensost® and serve immediately.
