Puff pastry spins with Västerbotten cheese® and kale

Puff pastry spins are a perfect snack when guests arrive. Here with kale and Västerbotten cheese®.

Ingredients

1 fresh puff pastry roll
200 g kale, finely chopped
1 small clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 dl crème fraiche
1.5 dl Västerbottensost®, finely grated
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

HOW TO DO IT

Puff pastry spins with Västerbotten cheese® and kale

Sauté finely chopped kale and garlic in a little olive oil for a few minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Roll out the puff pastry.
Spread over a layer of crème fraiche.
Spread kale and grated Västerbotten cheese over.
Season with salt and pepper and roll up.
Put the roll in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Cut into slices about 1 cm thick and place on parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until nicely browned.
Feel free to serve the spins lukewarm, for example as a drink snack.
