5 gray pears
1 cup acetic liquor, 12%
2 cups sugar
3 dl water
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 piece of cinnamon stick
Pickled gray pears
Pour water, sugar, mustard seed and cinnamon stick into a bowl and stir so everything mixes.
Thinly slice the pears, put them in the cold layer.
Leave for at least a day before serving.
