Petit-choux with Västerbottensost®

Perfect snack for guests. These petit-choux with filling of Västerbottensost are guaranteed to make a success!

Ingredients

75 g butter
2 cups water
2 dl wheat flour
3 eggs
2 pinch dried chili
1 cup Västerbottensost®, grated
2 dl smetana
1 tablespoon chives 1 tablespoon dill
100 g of roe
1 cup smetana
1 tbsp dill

HOW TO DO IT

Petit-choux with Västerbottensost®

Petit-choux: Bring butter, water, and chili to a boil in a saucepan.
Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the flour while whipping vigorously.
Allow to cool for a few minutes.
Add the eggs, stirring and mix thoroughly.
Pour the batter into a liquor bag and spread out small tops of the batter on a baking sheet.
Bake about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Take out and let the tops rest on the tray.
Filling: Mix Västerbottensost with smetana and chopped dill and chives.
Pour over into a liquor bag with a pointed nozzle, stick into the tops and fill each petit-choux with a little of the filling.
Garnish: Place on a serving platter, top each petit–choux with a little smetana, a dollop of roe and dill.
