Moose mince burger with Västerbottensost® and aioli

Fantastic moose mince burger with Västerbottensost and aioli. Serve the burger with fried onions and enjoy!

Ingredients
4 SERVINGS

500 g minced moose
165 g Västerbottensost cheese
2 cups cream
2 tsp sambal oelek
A bunch of thyme
Salt
Pepper
Cooking oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups cooking oil
1 tsp French mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
1-2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Grated Västerbottensost (at will)
A bag of hamburger bread
2 yellow onions
Butter

HOW TO DO IT

Moose mince burger with Västerbottensost® and aioli

Burger:
Grate the cheese and mix together the minced moose together with the other ingredients.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the steaks and fry in hot pan along with cooking oil.
Aioli:
In a bowl, mix eggs, French mustard and vinegar.
Add the cooking oil dropwise under constant whipping so it does not cut itself.
Season to taste with salt, squeezed garlic and grated Västerbotten cheese.
Finish by slicing up the yellow onion and sautéing it in butter.
Assemble the burgers between two hamburger breads together with a dollop of aioli, fried onions and top off with a little more grated Västerbotten cheese.
