Egg halves topped with a crème on Västerbottensost®

Perfect for the Easter table! Top the egg halves with eg. roe, smoked salmon, leavened red onion or asparagus.

5 eggs
1⁄2 dl mayonnaise
1 cup Västerbottensost®, grated
Black pepper
Västerbottensost®
Roe or trout roe
Herbs and/or chives
Asparagus
Leavened red onion
Radishes
Matjessill
Smoked salmon

HOW TO DO IT

30 MIN

Boil the eggs hard-boiled and divide them.
Remove the yolks and place the whites on a serving platter.
Mash the yolks and stir together with Västerbotten cheese, mayonnaise and pepper.
Then click out the mess in the empty egg halves.
Decorate with your favorite Easter table topping, such as roe, smoked salmon, leavened red onion or asparagus.
