Baguette with a lovely combination of cold smoked salmon, pickled cucumber and the National Cheese from Burträsk.
1 large baguette
8 slices of Västerbotten cheese®
8 slices of cold smoked salmon
1 sachet of salad mix, about 65 g
1,5 dl crème fraiche
1 cup dill, chopped
1 tbsp French mustard
Salt
Pepper
1 cup water
3 pinch salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tbsp Mustard seeds
1/2 snake cucumber
Baguette with sliced Västerbotten cheese®, smoked salmon and dill crème
Dill crème: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season to taste with salt and peppers.
Let stand and soak for a while before serving.
Pickled cucumber: Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix, planing the cucumber thinly lengthwise, then place in the layers.
Leave for at least 1 hour before serving.
Cut the baguette into the appropriate number of pieces, divide in half.
Spread dill crème and a couple of slices of Västerbotten cheese® and the cold smoked salmon.
Top with salad, the pickled cucumber and the remaining dill crème, serve with a bunch of dill on top.
