Sour pizza bianca with cheese crème of Västerbottensost, sardines and black cabbage. Bake in the oven until the pizza has a nice golden color.
1 batch of pizza dough
200 g of black cabbage
Grated peel from 1 lemon
40 g sardines
250 g of mascarpone
150 g Västerbottensost®, grated
1 pinch of chili flakes
Olive oil
Black pepper
Salt
Tart pizza bianca with cheese crème and sardines.
Rinse and shred black cabbage and fry for a few minutes in olive oil.
Mix room-temperature mascarpone and Västerbotten cheese® into a crème, season with salt and black pepper.
Work out the dough on a floured table.
Spread the cheese crème on the bottoms and spread the cabbage, sardines and lemon zest on top.
Sprinkle with a little chili and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes. Grate a little extra Västerbotten cheese® over the pizza before serving.
