Skagen stir-fry with Västerbottensost®

Simple and quick skagen stir-fry with Västerbottensost. The mess is perfect as a side dish or appetizer and also on a good country bread!

Ingredients

Detta recept innehåller:
100 g

400 g of shrimp in shell
1⁄2 dl mayonnaise
1 1⁄2 dl crème fraiche
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 red onion, finely chopped
1⁄2 lemon
100 g Västerbottensost cheese®
about 200 g of mache salad, save half for laying out
Dill, chopped
Salt and pepper

Skagen stir-fry with Västerbottensost®

Peel the shrimp and place in a bowl, saving a few for serving.
Stir in mayonnaise, crème fraiche, cayenne pepper and finely chopped red onion, squeeze half a lemon over.
Finely chop the dill and grate Västerbotten cheese.
Chop the mache salad lightly and mix everything together in the bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Leave cool until serving.
