Wonderful pizza gremolata with mussels and Västerbottensost®. Topped with clicks of gremolata vis serving.
1 batch of pizza dough
1 batch of tomato sauce
500 g blue mussels, pre-cooked
250-375 g mozzarella, drained
Oil for the plate
100 g of parsley
1 clove of garlic
1.5 dl olive oil
Grated peel from 0.5 lemon
150 g Västerbottensost®, finely grated
Pizza gremolata with mussels and Västerbottensost®.
Gremolata: Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
Place in a bowl and add olive oil, lemon zest and grated Västerbotten cheese®.
Mix together and set aside.
Shape the pizza dough on an oiled baking sheet into a large rectangle.
Spread the tomato sauce and place the pizza in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Take out the pizza and add cooked mussels and mozzarella.
Bake the pizza in the oven for about 7-10 minutes, until it has a wonderfully golden color and bubbles easily on the surface.
Top with clicks of gremolata when serving.
