An easy-to-prepare salmon stir-fry that goes both with the salad or as a cut on the buffet table. Serve on rye bread or in lettuce leaves, with eggs or with green shoots and planed radishes.
250 g of hot smoked salmon
1,5 dl crème fraiche
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons small capers
Salt and black pepper
Squeezed juice from 1/2 lemon
Creamy salmon stir-fry with Västerbotten cheese® and capers
Divide the salmon into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix into a nice salmon stir-fry.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little squeezed lemon.
Put the mess on a slice of rye bread with pea shoots, sliced radishes and egg halves.
