An easy-to-prepare kale pesto that goes with bread as well as pasta or a piece of meat. This pesto is guaranteed to be appreciated!
300 g of kale
150 g of fresh spinach
2 cups hazelnuts
150-200 g Västerbottensost®
1-2 cloves of garlic
2-3 cups olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Kale pesto with Västerbottensost®
Put kale, spinach, garlic and hazelnuts in a food processor, mix until finely divided.
Add olive oil and Västerbotten cheese® and mix together to form a coarse pesto.
Season to taste with salt.
Pour the pesto into a jar and cover the surface with olive oil, then it will last about 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.
