Gourgeres are the perfect snack for the dinner party! These are stuffed with dill, Västerbottensost and crème fraiche. Let yourself taste it!
75 g butter
2 cups water
2 dl wheat flour
2 pinch dried chili
1 cup Västerbottensost®, grated
2 dl crème fraiche
1 tablespoon chives
1 tbsp dill
1 dl crème fraiche
1⁄4 red onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon dill
Gougeres with dill and Västerbotten cheese®
Bring butter, water and chili to a boil in a saucepan.
Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the flour while whipping vigorously.
Allow to cool for a few minutes.
Add the eggs, stirring and mix thoroughly.
Pour the batter into a liquor bag and spread out small tops of the batter on a baking sheet.
Bake about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Take out and let the tops rest on the tray.
Mix Västerbottensost with crème fraiche and chopped dill and chives.
Pour over into a liquor bag with a pointed nozzle.
Stick into the tops and fill each gougeres with a little of the filling.
Place on a serving platter, top each gougeres with a little crème fraiche, chopped red onion and dill.
