Good crayfish stir-fry with Västerbottensost® cheese

Crayfish stir-fry with a taste of cumin and Västerbotten cheese. Can be served with various snacks or as an appetizer in midsummer or crayfish slice!

Ingredients

100 g

100 g of coarsely chopped crayfish tails
1 pinch supported cumin
1 bunch of dill
2 dl mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 gem salad head

Good crayfish stir-fry with Västerbottensost® cheese

Peel and chop the crayfish.
Place in a bowl.
Pound the cumin and chop the dill and stir into the crayfish.
Grate Västerbottensost and stir into the crayfish together with mayonnaise and leavened cream.
Taste it if you want more Västerbottensost.
Serve in beautiful crispy gem salad leaves!
NB. The mess can be served on a good bread, a baked potato or also top a good fried fish with it.
