Scrambled eggs with Västerbottensost®

Scrambled eggs with Västerbotten cheese are perfect for brunch, weekend breakfast or snack. Feel free to serve on a slice of butter-fried sourdough bread!

4 eggs
2 tablespoons cream

HOW TO DO IT

Crack the eggs in a frying pan and pour in the cream.
Put the skillet on medium heat and stir continuously.
When the scrambled eggs start to get creamy, remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Ready to serve!
Tip: Scrambled eggs make themselves extra good on a slice of butter-fried sourdough bread.
