Tastiest tomato sauce for pizza

Something that puts a lot of character on your pizza is the tomato sauce. Choose high-quality canned tomatoes, preferably plum tomatoes that are extra tasty.

Ingredients

1 can of whole tomatoes
2 tsp oregano
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
Ev. 0.5 tablespoons chili flakes

Tastiest tomato sauce for pizza

Mash the tomatoes, pour them into a colander and leave to drain for 10 min.
Pour the tomatoes into a bowl. Add oregano, a pinch of salt, olive oil, and chili flakes if you want a little heat in the sauce.
Mix together with a hand blender to make the sauce slightly smoother.
