Quesadillas with chicken, leaf spinach & Västerbottensost®

Quick and easy-to-prepare quesadillas with Västerbotten cheese that go just as well as snacks, canapés or snacks. Let yourself taste it!

Ingredients

150 g

4 tortillas
4 tablespoons sweet mustard
2 dl leaf spinach, rinsed
150 g of chicken in slices
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying

HOW TO DO IT

30 MIN

Take out tortilla bread and spread a thin layer of mustard.
Then sprinkle with Västerbottensost, add spinach and slices of chicken.
Pull a couple of turns with the pepper mill and a few flakes of sea salt.
Add together and fry over medium heat in the pan until the cheese is melted.
Cut up and serve as a snack or cut.
