Beautiful cheese balls with Västerbottensost®

Cheese balls that are perfect as an accompaniment to the cheese tray or as a snack. Serve with a piece of sourdough bread or a good crispbread!

Salt and black pepper
Chopped herbs and leaves, such as parsley, chives or red oxalis
Mushroom powder (recipe available on vasterbottensost.com)
Västerbottensost®, grated, to serve
Crispbread, to serve

Beautiful cheese balls with Västerbottensost®

Mix cream cheese, Västerbottensost and® green cheese in a bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Shape the cheese batter into smaller chewing balls.
Roll the balls in oxalis or chopped herbs, mushroom powder or grated Västerbotten cheese®.
Serve with a good crispbread or a piece of sourdough bread.
