Gratin with leeks and asparagus that warms! Suitable for both meat and fish dishes, or to serve as a greener option on the buffet table.
500 g of green asparagus
2 leeks
2.5 dl whipped cream
1 tsp salt
Black pepper
50 g butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Au gratin leeks and asparagus with Västerbottensost®
Preheat the oven to 175° hot air.
Rinse the asparagus and break off the bottom part.
Divide the leeks four times lengthwise and rinse them thoroughly. Place asparagus and leek onions in a baking dish.
Pour on the cream, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with Västerbottensost®
Click on the butter
Drizzle with the olive oil.
Cook in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes.
