Skagen stir-fry with Västerbottensost®

Fantastic skagen stir-fry with shrimp and Västerbotten cheese. Perfect as an appetizer or as a snack on a good bread!

Ingredients

Detta recept innehåller:
100 g

500 g of shrimp with shell
0.5 dl mayonnaise
1,5 dl crème fraiche
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 red onion
1/2 lemon, squeezed
100 g grated Västerbottensost cheese
1/2 iceberg lettuce

HOW TO DO IT

Skagen stir-fry with Västerbottensost®

Peel the shrimp and place in a bowl.
Mix in mayonnaise, crème fraiche and cayenne pepper with finely chopped red onion.
Squeeze half a lemon over.
Finely chop the dill and grate Västerbotten cheese.
Chop the iceberg lettuce and stir everything together in the bowl.
Salt and pepper, taste and decorate with more dill.
Served on a good bread.
