Stuffed dates with Västerbottensost® cheese

Dates filled with Västerbotten cheese and yogurt with a taste of thyme and nutmeg. Perfect as a snack!

20 dates
100 g Västerbottensost®, grated
2 tablespoons natural yogurt
3 tsp fresh thyme
1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
Liquid honey
Black pepper
Olive oil

Stuffed dates with Västerbottensost® cheese

Mix grated Västerbottensost with yogurt.
Season to taste with thyme, a little grated nutmeg, black pepper and olive oil.
Make an incision in each date and take out the core.
To fill the dates, use a small spoon or a liquor bag.
Lay out the stuffed dates on a serving dish, sprinkle with a little chopped thyme, liquid honey and grated Västerbotten cheese.
