Pizzetta are small pizzas that work great as snacks or starters! Or why not a few small ones for yourself? This recipe for pizzetta has roe and venison, Västerbotten cheese® and mozzarella that blend together in a wonderful combination.
1 batch of pizza dough
200 g ricotta
250 g mozzarella, drained Olive oil
100 g of dried game meat
150 g of roe
Parsley
Pizzetta with Västerbottensost® roe and dried game meat
Mix room-temperature ricotta, grated mozzarella and Västerbotten cheese®.
Shape the pizza dough into 6-8 smaller pizzas.
Distribute the cheese crème on the pizza
Call over a little olive oil.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Top with roe, dried venison and parsley when serving.
