Oven-baked falukorv with Västerbottensost®

Everyday food at its best! Oven-baked falukorv is a real classic and tastes delicious! This recipe is made with Västerbotten cheese which makes it extra tasty.

1 pc falukorv (Alt veg korv)
1 apple
3-4 tablespoons mustard

Oven-baked falukorv with Västerbottensost®

Place the falu sausage in a young-proof dish.
Cut notches into the sausage. Spread mustard in the notches. Slice thin apple wedges and place in every other notch.
Slice thin pieces of Västerbotten cheese and place in the empty notches. Then sprinkle cheese on the sausage and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
Feel free to top the sausage with pickled onions and herbs before serving.
