Kräftskagen with Västerbottensost®

A classic crayfish cage with both shrimp and crayfish. This skagen stir fry is perfect as an appetizer or snack!

Ingredients

Detta recept innehåller:
100 g

200 g of shrimp with shell
200 g peeled crayfish tails 1⁄2 dl mayonnaise
1 1⁄2 dl crème fraiche
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 red onion, finely chopped
1⁄2 lemon
100 g Västerbottensost cheese®
grated 1⁄2 bunch of dill, finely chopped
Salt and pepper

Kräftskagen with Västerbottensost®

Peel and chop the shrimp coarsely and place in a bowl along with the crayfish tails.
Add mayonnaise, crème fraiche and cayenne pepper and mix with the finely chopped red onion.
Grate Västerbottensost coarsely and mix it together with finely chopped dill.
Squeeze half a lemon over and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Feel free to serve on a good bread and top with shrimp, roe and dill.
