Fantastic kale crème with Västerbotten cheese and lemon. Perfect as an accompaniment to gingerbread!
1 pkt gingerbread dough or ready-made gingerbread
3 dl Västerbottensost®, grated
2 cups Turkish yogurt
1 1⁄2 cups kale
2 tablespoons squeezed lemon
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil
Kale crème with Västerbotten cheese® for gingerbread
Fry the kale in olive oil until softened without browning, set aside and let cool.
Mix Västerbotten cheese, Turkish yogurt and kale into a crème, either in a food processor or with a hand blender.
Season with salt, black pepper and lemon.
Spread the crème on a platter, drizzle with a little olive oil and serve as a dip to the gingerbread.
