Cheese balls with herbs and Västerbottensost®

Invite your friends over for these snacks that go perfectly with the cheese tray. They are both nice and tasty!

Ingredients

200 g of cream cheese
60 G VÄSTERBOTTENSOST®, GRATED
Finely grated peel of 0.5 lemon
Salt and black pepper
2 cups chopped herbs and edible summer flowers, such as cress, chives and chive flowers
Västerbottensost®, grated
Crispbread, to serve

Cheese balls with herbs and Västerbottensost®

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Västerbotten cheese® and lemon zest.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Shape into smaller snack balls.
Roll the balls in any chopped herbs, edible summer flowers or grated Västerbotten cheese. ®
Serve with crispbread.
