Pizza funghi with thyme and Västerbotten cheese®, simple and delicious. Our version of the classic pizza Capricciosa contains, in addition to mushrooms, also garlic oil.
1 batch of pizza dough
1 batch of tomato sauce
300-400 g of mushrooms, for example, champignons and chanterelles
150 g Västerbottensost®, grated
250 g mozzarella, drained
Oil for frying
Butter for frying
Salt
Thyme
1.5 dl olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Pizza funghi with thyme and Västerbottensost®
Fry the mushrooms until it gets a lovely surface along with a little olive oil, butter and salt.
Set the mushrooms aside.
Shape the pizza dough into bottoms.
Spread the tomato sauce, distribute mozzarella and grated Västerbotten cheese® on top.
Top with mushrooms and a little thyme and drizzle with garlic oil.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes.
