Red hazelnut pesto

Serves 4

Ingredients

150 g/5 oz grated Västerbottensost
150 g/5 oz oil-packed sun- dried tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 red chili fruit
3 tbsp hazelnuts
100 ml/31⁄2 oz soured cream
Crostini

Method
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor. Serve the pesto with pasta or on crostinis.
