Roasted white chocolate with Västerbotten cheese®

1.5 dl white chocolate, coarsely grated
1 cup Västerbottensost®, grated
0.25 dl almonds, finely chopped (optional)

Roasted white chocolate with Västerbotten cheese®

Mix all ingredients evenly and distribute in piles of about 0.5 tbsp at a distance of 5 cm on a mold with parchment paper.
Bake in the lower part of the oven until the cookies acquire a light brown color, about 5-7 minutes.
Good to eat as they are or as a garnish on a dessert.
