THYME MARINATED V\u00c4STERBOTTENSOST\u00ae<\/h2> \n \n

200 g V\u00e4sterbottensost cheese\u00ae2 tsp thyme, chopped2 cups mild sunflower oil2 tsp parsley, chopped<\/p> \n \n

Cut V\u00e4sterbottensost\u00ae into smaller pieces and place in a jar, add the chopped herbs and turn on the oil. Leave to marinate for a few hours before serving.<\/p> \n \n

PICKLED CLOUDBERRIES<\/h2> \n \n

LAW1 cup vinegar2 cups sugar3 dl water<\/p> \n \n

60 gr cloudberries<\/p> \n \n

Boil all the ingredients together for the teams and let it cool. Pour it over the cloudberries. Pickled cloudberries can be served directly or stored in a jar in the fridge.<\/p> \n \n

LINGONBERRY HONEY<\/h2> \n \n

2 cups frozen lingonberries, thawed1 whole star anise2 cups liquid honey1 cinnamon stick<\/p> \n \n
