Salt and pepper to taste. Shape the steaks and fry in hot pan along with cooking oil.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>Aioli with V\u00e4sterbottensost:<\/strong> In a bowl, mix eggs, French mustard and vinegar. Add the cooking oil dropwise under constant whipping so it does not cut itself. Season to taste with salt, squeezed garlic and grated V\u00e4sterbotten cheese.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Finish by slicing up the yellow onion and saut\u00e9ing it in butter. Assemble the burgers between two hamburger breads together with a dollop of aioli, fried onions and top off with a little more grated V\u00e4sterbotten cheese.
