Cut out roundels of dough and press out into the molds. If you use a large mold, cut out a roundel of the puff pastry into a suitable format and line the mold. Saut\u00e9 the spinach and leeks for a few minutes and stir together with cream, eggs, dill and V\u00e4sterbotten cheese\u00ae. Distribute the mess in the pie tins. Bake<br\/>about 15\u201325 minutes depending on the size of the pie tins.
