Add potatoes, V\u00e4sterbotten cheese, eggs, flour, bread, dill, green onions, chili flakes, capers, salt and pepper and mix to a coarse batter.<br\/>Shape into smaller plots. Turn them into panko and fry over medium-heat in plenty of sunflower oil, about 6 minutes on each side until nicely browned.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Lemon cr\u00e8me<br\/>Mix V\u00e4sterbottensost, cr\u00e8me fraiche and lemon zest.
