Roll out thinly and place in a pie tin with a removable bottom. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Gnaw with a fork and pre-bake for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><em>Filling<\/em>: Fry the red onion softly and place in the bottom of the pie. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour into the pie pan. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
