Just skip that moment in this recipe.<\/em><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Oven temperature 250 degrees<br\/>Time: 40 minutes<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"deg\">DOUGH<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>15 g of fresh yeast<br\/>3 dl lukewarm water<br\/>2 tsp granulated sugar<br\/>1 tsp flake salt<br\/>2 tablespoons olive oil<br\/>6 dl durum wheat<br\/>5 dl wheat flour special<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ostcreme\">CHEESE CR\u00c8ME<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>2 1\u20442 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<br\/>or mascarpone cheese<br\/>2 dl V\u00e4sterbottensost\u00ae, grated<br\/>3 tablespoons olive oil<br\/>Salt<br\/>Black pepper<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"topping\">TOPPING<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>150 g of roe (stone cube roe also goes well)<br\/>1 red onion, finely chopped<br\/>1 cup dill<br\/>1 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<br\/>1 cup V\u00e4sterbottensost\u00ae, grated<br\/>About 1\u20442 lemon, finely grated peel<br\/>4 tablespoons capers<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Crumble the yeast in a bowl and dissolve in lukewarm water. Stir in sugar, flake salt and olive oil. Add durum wheat and wheat flour a little at a time and knead the dough until it is elastic, in a machine or by hand. Sprinkle with a little wheat flour and rise the dough under baking cloth to double size for about 45 minutes. Divide the dough into four and roll out thinly on a floured baking table.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Stir together the cheese cr\u00e8me and spread an even layer over the pizzas. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake the pizza in the middle of the oven about 5 minutes. Take out the pizza and top with roe, red onion, dill, cr\u00e8me fraiche, capers and crumbled V\u00e4sterbotten cheese.
