Bring water with a pinch of salt to a boil in a saucepan. Cook the zucchini slices for 2 minutes, then let them rest on house- holding paper or on a kitchen towel while frying the mushrooms.<br\/>Cook the pasta &#8220;al dente&#8221; according to the instructions on the package. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms so that it has time for liquid to come out and get a nice color. Click in butter and fry for a few more minutes to get a nice finish and good taste. Season the mushrooms unlovingly with black pepper and season with a pinch of flake salt.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>If you like garlic, also taste with a squeezed or a chopped clove of garlic.<br\/>Turn the zucchini into the pasta, heat up and serve with grated V\u00e4sterbotten cheese and a dollop of cr\u00e8me fraiche.
