Roll out thinly and place in a pie tin with a removable bottom. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Gnaw with a fork and pre-bake for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Filling: Fry the onion softly and place in the bottom of the pie. Grate V\u00e4sterbottensost and mix together the remaining ingredients and pour into the pie pan. Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Feel free to decorate with wild herbs or seasonal edible flowers when serving.<\/p>&#13;\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Offer these fine V\u00e4sterbotten cheese pies for starters or as snacks.
