Peel and cut the potatoes<br\/>in thin rods. Slice the onion and saut\u00e9 it in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter until it becomes soft.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Alternate potatoes, onions, 2.5 cups V\u00e4sterbotten cheese and anchovies in a greased ovenproof dish. The first and last layer should be potatoes.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Mix anchovy spade, milk and white pepper and pour it over the potatoes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, 0.5 dl V\u00e4sterbottensost and click over the rest of the butter. Bake in the lower part of the oven about 1 hour. After 30 minutes, dilute with the cream.
