Press the dough into a pie tin, about 24 cm in diameter. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Thaw the kale and fry in butter. Knead the bottom and pre-bake the pie crust in the middle of the oven at 225\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. Take out the pie and reduce the heat to 200\u00b0.<br\/>Whisk together kale, cream, eggs, 1 cup V\u00e4sterbotten cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
