Mix room-temperature mascarpone and V\u00e4sterbotten cheese\u00ae into a cr\u00e8me, season with salt and black pepper. Work out the dough on a floured table. Spread the cheese cr\u00e8me on the bottoms and spread the cabbage, sardines and lemon zest on top. Sprinkle with a little chili and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes.
