Put them in cold water.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Mix room-temperature mascarpone with grated V\u00e4sterbotten cheese\u00ae in a bowl, season with a little salt and black pepper. Remove the Jerusalem artichoke from the water and wipe dry on paper.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Shape the pizza dough into bottoms. Spread the cheese mixture, then distribute Jerusalem artichoke and gorgonzola on top. Top the pizza with a little rosemary and then drizzle with olive oil.
