Place in a bowl and add olive oil, lemon zest and grated V\u00e4sterbotten cheese\u00ae. Mix together and set aside.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Shape the pizza dough on an oiled baking sheet into a large rectangle, spread the tomato sauce and place the pizza in the oven for about 5 minutes. Take out the pizza and add cooked mussels and mozzarella. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 7-10 minutes, until it has a wonderfully golden color and bubbles easily on the surface.
