There are also good fresh options at the grocery store! Divide into two or three parts and you will get good size of small pizzas.<\/em><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Mix room-temperature ricotta, grated mozzarella and V\u00e4sterbotten cheese\u00ae. Shape the pizza dough into 6-8 smaller pizzas. Spread the cheese cr\u00e8me on the pizzas and ring over a little olive oil. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes.
