Season to taste with salt and pepper. Carefully open the zucchini flowers and put about 1.5 tablespoons of filling in each flower. Squeeze the flower opening together so the filling does not leak out. Pour the oil into a spacious skillet and heat to 160.\u00b0 Put down a few flowers at a time and fry\/deep fry them for about 3 minutes per side. Let the flowers drain on paper towels and place on a platter.
