Do not knead the dough.<br\/>Roll the dough into a circle and put it with the help of a rolling pin in a pie tin about 24 cm in diameter.<br\/>Gnaw the bottom with a fork, place the pie pan in the freezer and start with the filling. Whisk together all the ingredients for the milk mixture into a lump-free batter.
