Let the cream have a dark surface, it takes about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and mix smoothly with cheese. Season to taste with squeezed lemon and nutmeg.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kungskrabba\">King crab<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Cut up the shell of the king crab and cut the flesh into pieces about 5 cm long. Melt the butter in a skillet and put down the juniper rice. Let the rice fry for a few minutes before the king crab is placed in the pan. Fry the crab until it gets a little color, pouring with the butter in the meantime.
