Stir and let stand for a minute or so so it has time to pull in. Work out the pizzas on a floured baking table. Preferably do not use a rolling pin, but try to work with your hands when baking out the doughs. Spread on a layer of Creme fraiche on the pizzas and sprinkle with grated V\u00e4sterbotten cheese\u00ae. Put on the kale, save a few leaves for guarding. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes or until the cheese is golden yellow and nice color. Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan over medium-high heat, and place them when the pizza is ready-baked.
