Sprinkle with thyme and salt. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven at 175\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Place the carrots in a blender together with V\u00e4sterbotten cheese\u00ae, wine and butter. Mix to a smooth cr\u00e8me and season with salt. Place over in a saucepan and keep warm until serving.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"flarn-pa-vasterbottensost\">Flarn at V\u00e4sterbottensost\u00ae<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Place grated cheese in small piles on an oven tray with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 175\u00b0 until golden brown, 5\u201310 min.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hjortfile\">Venison fillet<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Wipe the meat. Mix mushroom powder and juniper and pat into the flesh. Brown it all around in butter and bake in the oven at 125\u00b0, until the meat has an internal temperature of about 56\u00b0.<br\/>Serve the venison fillet with carrot cr\u00e8me, cheese crisp, lettuce shoots and cress.
