Cook the potatoes until ready. Let steam off for a few minutes. Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish or baking sheet, then press the potatoes so that they are crushed.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>In a bowl, mix melted butter, squeezed garlic and grated V\u00e4sterbotten cheese. Pour the mixture over the potatoes, salt and drizzle with olive oil. Drive into the oven and drive until it has a nice golden surface, about 30-35 min.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Take out the potatoes and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley &#8211; voila!<\/p>&#13;\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Crushed, mashed, smashed or smashed potatoes.
