Then cut into smaller pieces of tartar, salt and pepper and season with olive oil.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kram-pa-vasterbottensost\">Cream on V\u00e4sterbottensost\u00ae<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>150 g V\u00e4sterbottensost cheese\u00ae<br\/>0.5 dl whipped cream<br\/>1 egg<br\/>2 dl cooking oil<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Grate the cheese and place in a food processor. Bring the cream to a boil, beat it over the cheese and mix until smooth. Add the egg while the mixer is running, then go in with the oil in a steady stream. Season with a little salt and if the cream feels a little thick, dilute with a little water.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"friterad-vasterbottensost\">Deep-fried V\u00e4sterbottensost\u00ae cheese<\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>100 g V\u00e4sterbottensost\u00ae, grated<br\/>100 g of whipped cream<br\/>Flour<br\/>Egg (shown)<br\/>Breadcrumbs<br\/>Panko<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Bring the cream to a boil, turn down the cheese and beat until smooth curd.
